Thicky’s Healty Diet

This is a diet that will gives all of the nutrients that you need for the week.  This diet does not create addictive cravings that most commercially sold food creates.   One this diet you will be able feel full after you have eaten enough.  I you eat this exclusivley you will lose the addictive cravings that you have for junk food over time.  You should only eat when hungry and get plenty of exersize and emotional stimulation.  Don’t hide your feelings from your freinds and take the steps you want to have a better life with out procrastinating.  This will  help you not sublimate by eating or credit card shopping.  I lost 16 pounds by following this diet and have gone from debt to saving because of not eating out as much.

    I’ve noticed that after a workout, I can get ravenous and really chow. Guess that is normal but it sux! LOL

    If you’re curious to know what kind of healthy foods that are not boring, mild example would be a very low fat brownie. Yes, you can eat candy, as long as health and prepared with less sugar and fat. If you’ve heard of quinoa, the super grain of the Incas took their health can also be cooked and an excellent supplement to your diet!
